Sudan Drone Strike Kills Over 220 at Disputed Abyei Market
Senin (19/10): drone menyerang pasar Amiet (disebut juga Al-Naam), sekitar 10 km di utara kota Abyei, wilayah yang disengketakan Sudan dan Sudan Selatan. Korban dilaporkan 73 orang pada Senin, naik menjadi 153 pada Selasa, lalu lebih dari 220 setelah dua kuburan massal ditemukan (±153 dan ±73 jenazah), menurut Yohana Akol Ngor, menteri informasi sementara Abyei. Evakuasi masih berlangsung dan sekitar 8.000 orang mengungsi.
